Why is Odoo implementation cost a range?

Does this include Odoo licenses?
No — these are implementation prices only. Odoo Enterprise licenses are $31/user/month (≈$370/user/year) billed by Odoo directly. Many of our deployments use Odoo Community (free) where Enterprise features aren't needed.
Are there hidden costs?
No. We commit to fixed-scope, fixed-price in writing during the proposal. Scope changes during implementation are quoted separately and approved before work starts — no surprises on the invoice.
How much does Odoo support / AMC cost?
Most clients move to a monthly AMC: $1k–8k/month depending on user count, SLA tier, and modules covered. Optional — many clients self-support after the 30/60-day hypercare.
Can we phase the cost?
Yes. We typically split implementation cost into milestones (30% kickoff, 30% pilot, 30% go-live, 10% hypercare-end). Some clients also phase by module — go-live with accounting + sales in phase 1, MRP in phase 2.
