Scope changes happen on every project. We handle them with a written change request: scope, impact on timeline, impact on price. You approve before we start work on the change. No surprise invoices.
How do you handle disagreements with our team?
We escalate, not avoid. Senior consultants are empowered to push back when a requested change will hurt outcomes. We document the disagreement, your decision, and the trade-off — and ship what you decide.
What if a senior consultant leaves mid-project?
Every engagement has a primary delivery lead + secondary as backup. Plus all configuration is versioned in Git. Continuity is structurally built in.
Do you offer agile / fixed-scope hybrid?
Yes — common pattern. We fix scope on the foundational ERP backbone (Phase 1 modules) and run agile on the secondary phase (integrations, mobile apps, AI features) once the core is stable.
What's included in the 30-day hypercare?

Can we audit your code and processes?
