Frequently asked questions

Do you hire freshers / juniors?

Selectively, and only in pairing roles — they shadow senior consultants on real projects but never lead client engagements. We expect them to grow into independent senior roles within 18–24 months.

Is the role really remote?

Yes — most of the team is remote. We have a hub office in Ahmedabad for those who want it, but it's not required. We hire across India primarily, with select hires in EU/US-East for client-timezone coverage.

What does the interview process look like?

Three rounds: (1) 45-min screening with a senior consultant, (2) Technical / functional deep dive with two seniors, (3) Founder conversation on values and ownership. Total 3–4 hours, decision within 72 hours of the final round.

Do you sponsor visas?

Currently we hire only candidates with the right to work in their stated location. We don't sponsor visas — but we hire across many geographies.

What's the compensation structure?

Top-quartile base + performance bonus tied to project outcomes + skill-development budget (₹50k/year for certifications, courses, conferences) + premium health insurance + 30 days PTO.
