Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iventureteam.com (the “Site”) and any services we provide through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

iVentureTeam is a technology services company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide consulting, engineering, and managed services across Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, AI, mobile development, DevOps, and custom software.

Content on the Site is for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer of services. Any engagement between you and us is governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) that specifies scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and warranties. Where these Terms conflict with an SOW or MSA you've signed with us, the SOW or MSA controls.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site at a rate that disrupts service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related systems without prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the Site.
• Interfere with any other user's use of the Site.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, code, and the iVentureTeam name and marks, is owned by or licensed to iVentureTeam and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may quote and link to public Site content with proper attribution. You may not republish entire pages, articles, or downloadable assets without our written permission.

Where we deliver software, documentation, or other work product under an SOW, ownership of that work product is governed by the SOW.

When you send us information via a contact form, email, or other channel, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and providing services. We treat such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, Google, Stripe, WhatsApp, and others). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. Content on the Site is general guidance, not professional advice for your specific situation. For project-specific advice, please engage us under an SOW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iVentureTeam, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site (separate from any signed SOW) is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold iVentureTeam harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Indiahave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where you're a consumer and your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
